History

Once known as Larry Hardee Auto Sales, the original location for our business began in Aynor, SC in 1989.  In the early days, Larry was a residential contractor and traded a few trucks on the side.  In the early 90’s Larry Hardee Auto Sales became a full-time business.  Through dedication, perservance, and outstanding customer service a reputation was built for quality vehicles offered at a great value.  This reputation continued to grow customer loyalty that now spans several generations.
 
Early in 1996 the business was moved to Conway at its current location on Hwy 501 just four miles West of Conway.   In 2001, Larry had open heart surgery and Craig Hardee, Larry’s youngest son, took the helm of the business and renamed the business to Hardee Auto Sales, Inc.  in 2003.  Craig has continued to keep the same values that made Larry Hardee Auto Sales successful, and the repeat customers are growing every year!
 
The business has continued to offer affordable quality vehicles to families and businesses for over 20 years.  Our primary vehicle offerings include trucks, suv’s, and family sedans.  We make the vehicle purchasing easy with the ability to do indirect financing, warranties, DMV transactions, and service in house. 
 
Even though a vehicle should never define who you are, we realize you may want to standout sometimes! We are able to assist you in customizing your vehicle to aquire the look you want. We can add your brand of tires, lift it, tint those windows, add the DVD player, or install that camper hitch you need before you take home your purchase.
